Twilio Platform Fees (Paid Directly to Twilio)

The fees below are charged by Twilio, carriers, and The Campaign Registry (TCR), not by Adhoc Support. They are paid through your own Twilio account.

Note: The $15 campaign vetting fee is charged by Twilio each time a campaign is submitted or resubmitted for review.

Enhanced Brand Vetting is optional and only applicable to Standard A2P brands. Its purpose is to attempt to improve your brand's trust score, which can result in higher messaging throughput.

Aegis Sender Review Fee	$200	Charged at time of submission. Billed annually per RCS Sender after approval. Non-refundable regardless of carrier approval outcome.
T-Mobile Sender Activation Fee	$500	One-time fee charged by T-Mobile once your RCS Sender is submitted for review. You may opt out of T-Mobile RCS to avoid this fee and use SMS for T-Mobile subscribers instead.

RCS sender fees apply to US carrier onboarding only. There are currently no RCS Sender fees for carriers outside of the US. All brands onboarding to RCS must be vetted by Aegis.

Twilio fees are approximate and subject to change. Visit twilio.com for current pricing. Adhoc Support, LLC does not collect or remit Twilio fees on your behalf.

Important: All service fees are non-refundable regardless of compliance outcome. Our fees cover professional services and expertise, not guaranteed approval.

Compliance decisions are made solely by carriers, The Campaign Registry (TCR), and Twilio. Twilio platform fees are separate and paid directly through your Twilio account.

All SLA times are measured in business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time).

Unused monthly submissions do not roll over. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; no refunds for the current billing period.
