The process

Two steps. No mystery.

Every engagement follows the same simple sequence: I audit first, and I only submit what passes.

STEP 1

Audit

$50 · one-time per audited environment

I review everything carriers and The Campaign Registry will scrutinize: your use case, opt-in flow, sample messages, website, privacy policy, and terms. You get a clear verdict and exactly what needs to change.

If the audit doesn't pass muster, I won't submit. No exceptions.

STEP 2

Submit

$50 · per 10DLC campaign or Toll-Free number

Once your environment passes audit, I prepare and file the registration. If carriers or the registry push back, I keep making revisions and resubmissions as needed, at no additional charge.

If I agree to submit, revisions and resubmissions are included.

Flat, simple, upfront.

Audit

$50 one-time

Charged once per audited environment. Multiple use cases, or registrations that can't reuse the audited environment, are audited separately.

Submission

$50 per campaign / toll-free number

One charge per 10DLC campaign or per Toll-Free number. Includes revisions and resubmissions on that registration as needed, at no extra charge.

The fine print, in plain English

  • Payment is due at the time of service. I invoice through Stripe.
  • Charges are non-refundable.
  • Twilio charges are your responsibility. Registration fees, carrier fees, and messaging costs are billed to you by Twilio and its partners, whether or not a registration is approved. My fees cover my services only, and I am not responsible for any Twilio charges.
  • No approval is guaranteed. Nobody can honestly promise that. What I do commit to: if your audit passes and I agree to submit, I will keep making revisions and resubmissions as needed, at no additional charge. That commitment covers my effort, not the carriers' decision.
  • A failed audit is a full stop. I won't file a registration I believe will be rejected. You'll get a clear list of what to fix instead.
