After you sign up, you'll create a submission from your dashboard and tell us what type of compliance registration you need. From there, everything happens through your dashboard - you'll have a dedicated messaging thread for each submission where we'll collect details, share updates, and work through any changes together in real time. No back-and-forth emails or waiting around. Our audit may identify changes needed before we can submit, and we'll walk you through every step.

I understand that all service fees are non-refundable regardless of the compliance outcome. I understand that Adhoc Support cannot guarantee compliance approval. Decisions are made by carriers, TCR, and Twilio. I understand that Twilio platform fees are separate and will be charged directly by Twilio through my own account.
